아픈쪽 허리와 엉덩이 다리를 스트레칭할 때 통증이 줄게 된다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. 

앉아 있을 때 한쪽 허리와 엉덩이 아래가 아프신 분이라면 아픈 쪽 다리와 정상인 반대편 다리의 스트레칭을 해보고 비교해보세요. 지인분들 중에 허리 아프신 분들과 대화를 나누어 봐도 아픈 쪽 허리의 다리가 근육이 더 짧아져 있다는 것을 알 수 있었습니다.
